9. Licensing

AI+Trust Advisory Inc. operates as a licensed insurance broker in the Province of Alberta under the following credentials issued by the Alberta Insurance Council (AIC):

Licence credentials can be verified directly through the Alberta Insurance Council. AI+Trust Advisory Inc. does not hold a licence to sell, advise on, or distribute securities or mutual funds, and does not do so.

10. Independent Broker Status

AI+Trust Advisory Inc. is an independent insurance broker. We are not employees, agents, or representatives of any single insurance carrier. We work with multiple licensed Canadian carriers — including, among others, Manulife, Canada Life, Sun Life, Equitable Life, Empire Life, Wawanesa, and Co-operators — and have no obligation to recommend any specific carrier's products. Our recommendations are based on your group's needs, budget, and available market options at the time of review.

11. Not a Binding Offer

Nothing on this Site, in any email, or in any proposal or presentation prepared by AI+Trust Advisory Inc. constitutes a binding offer of insurance, a guarantee of coverage, or a contract of insurance. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and underwriting approval of the applicable carrier. A policy is in force only when issued in writing by the insurer and all applicable premiums are paid.
